Dr. Alden Clendenin

Dr. Alden Clendenin was born in Dayton, Ohio and completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio State University. He earned his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic Medicine in Lombard, Illinois. He later went on to earn his Chiropractic Sports Physician degree from the National University of Health Sciences

Dr. Clendenin is also an avid hockey player. Although Dr. Clendenin can most commonly be found on the hockey rink, he also participates in many different sports. His first-hand knowledge of a myriad of sports has enhanced his skill set for the treatment of most sports-related injuries. Dr. Clendenin experienced the miracles of Chiropractic first hand when he suffered an injury while playing hockey. Through chiropractic care he was able to obtain great relief from his pain and vastly improve the function and mobility in his lower extremities. "I am a very active person and I remember what it is like to be hopelessly in pain and being sidelined from the activities that I love. It gives me great pride to help others get out of pain and regain their health. It is as if I am giving them the chance to get back into the game again."

Dr. Alden Clendenin is a board certified Chiropractic physician, specializing in sports injuries and neuromuscular - skeletal disorders.

Dr. Chris Bocci

Dr. Chris Bocci is a native of the Chicagoland area and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. He then attended National University of Health Sciences where he earned his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic medicine. While in school, Dr. Bocci worked as a personal trainer where he was able to incorporate his chiropractic education with personal fitness and rehabilitation.

Because of his extensive clinical experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Bocci has had the privilege of treating professional athletes. He utilizes the most state-of-the-art physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment as an adjunct to manual manipulations.

Dr. Bocci's focus on treating the underlying problem and not just the symptoms along with his warm professional manner has lead those in need towards optimal health and well being.

Dr. Josh Hover

Dr. Josh Hover was raised in Battle Creek, MI where he was an avid participant in all sports growing up. Dr. Hover started playing hockey at the age of 3 and used the athleticism he built from this sport to excel in many other athletic endeavors throughout grade school and high school including golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, and AAA hockey. Dr. Hover continued participating in competitive hockey at the University of Michigan where he played in the ACHA for the University of Michigan’s Men’s Club Hockey Team. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Movement Science with an emphasis in Motor Control. After graduation he moved to Chicago where he earned another Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences along with his Doctorate of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois.

Throughout his schooling Dr. Hover was also employed as a personal trainer.  With this knowledge of the body, combined with years of competitive sports, he is able to incorporate his chiropractic education with personal fitness and rehabilitation.His formula of treating the underlying problem and not just the symptoms has produced much success in the treatment of high school athletes, professional athletes, weekend warriors, and soccer moms alike.

'Doc Josh' can still be found year-round playing in numerous ice and roller hockey leagues around the Chicago-land area when he is not maintaining the Skokie branch of the Chicago Chiropractic and Sports Injury Centers.
